1.  What Should I bring?
Bring boots, work clothes, flashlight, and a smile.

2.  How do I make a reservation, what does it cost?

If you’d like to come and grow with us, please call the Ashram office at 845.782.5575 and tell them you’re with the Harvest.  Cost $35 for a dorm or $28 for cabin/tent

Yes, please call 2 days in advance to make a reservation.  There are 3 options for places  to stay;in a dorm room, the Harvest cabin or bring a tent and pay a small donation of $35 for a dorm or $28 for cabin/tent
4.  How many hours is the volunteer commitment?
We ask for 3-4 hours of volunteering which can be on many various projects, including gardening, composting, trail maintenance, pruning, etc. Please visit the calendar to see what projects are going on for that weekend.

5.  If I take the bus/train can someone pick me up at the stop? The best bet is
to take a cab from the station, tell them you are going to Ananda Ashram, 13 Sapphire Road, Monroe NY

6.  How do I get up there?

7.  What if I would like to bring a friend? Please do, have them call 845.782.5575 to make a reservation.

8.  Do you accept longer term volunteer positions? Yes we do but for a longer term request, we first ask you to visit for a day or a weekend, and make a schedule time to speak with our volunteer coordinator, email volunteer@anandaharvest.org.
